SMS / Text Messaging

Jill Barton Photography sends SMS text messages in two separate categories, which are treated differently:

Transactional one-time passcodes (OTP): codes used for secure login and multi-factor authentication (MFA). These are tied to your own login and phone-verification attempts, are sent only when you request them, and do not require any separate marketing consent.
Informational updates (optional): occasional account and booking notices. These are optional and are sent only if you expressly opt in. Consenting to informational messages is not required to create an account, verify your phone number, or use the service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of informational messages; transactional OTP messages are tied to your own login attempts and are sent only when you are signing in or verifying your number.
